Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — Free on orders over $35
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $8.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $19.99
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times range from 10–21 business days depending on location and customs processing. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at support@zebess.com.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zebess is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact your carrier directly. We'll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
