At Zebess, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell, including our neck cream.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused or defective, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened and used items (unless defective), final sale or clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@zebess.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
